Who We Are

We Offer Peaceful, Home-Like Accommodation

Acacia Place Supported Residential Service provides long-term residency and aid to low care residents in Frankston, Victoria. We offer peaceful, home-like accommodation. We are also registered and regulated by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Our Personal Support Coordinator works with the MI Health Program under Peninsula Health to ensure continuity of care, and works with each individual to provide holistic support as your needs change. We have strong contacts with a wide range of health networks to give you the highest standard of care – mentally and physically.

  • Full Support to Access Health Networks Including Peninsula Health – MI Health Program

  • Weekly Webster Packed Medication

Registered MI Health clients are eligible for no-cost:

We are proud to announce that we won an Australian Business Quality Gold Award based on feedback from residents and health associates.

We take pride in offering a holistic approach to care for residents who may be disadvantaged through mental illness, disability, homelessness or physical illness. Previous residents and families, as well as current ones, state they would not have made it without the support of our services, when they needed it the most.

By providing a safe and secure environment, residents have said they are happy with their long-term accommodation, many staying with us for more than 5 years.

Those who move on do so with full support networks in place.

Fees apply within a range that is available upon request, or with provision of an information pack provided in hard copy via email to prospective residents.
